German Pancakes


Ingredients (in order of appearance):
  • 2 Tbsp. butter/margarine
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Put the margarine in a 9x13 oblong pan and place it in the preheating oven.  While the oven is preheating, mix 6 eggs in a medium bowl until they turn a nice lemony color. Then add milk, flour, and salt to the egg mixture. Blend until thoroughly mixed (about 1 minute).

Once your oven has finished preheating, take the pan out of the oven and pour your mixture into the pan.  Place the pan back in the oven and bake for 15 minutes (until the edges start to curl up and turn golden brown).  Cut the pancake into slices and serve with your favorite topping!
