Four Cheese Lasagna

Ingredients (in order of appearance):
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 sm. can Hunts Tomato Sauce
  • 1 sm. jar Prego Traditional Spaghetti Sauce
  • 1 box lasagna (oven ready)
  • 1 sm. container cottage cheese
  • 2 c. shredded mild cheddar cheese
  • 2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
  • parmesan cheese
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.  Cook ground beef over stoptop until brown.  Drain grease.  Add the beef back to the skillet and add tomato sauce and spaghetti sauce. 

In a greased 9x13 oblong pan, layer lasagna, meat sauce, cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella, and parmesan into 3 layers, omitting the cottage cheese from the top layer.  Cover with tinfoil and bake for 1 hour.  Serve!
